独立研究者、著作家、パブリックスピーカー。
株式会社ライプニッツ代表。
慶應義塾大学文学部哲学科、同大学院文学研究科美学美術史学専攻修士課程修了。電通、ボストン・コンサルティング・グループ、コーン・フェリー等で企業戦略策定、文化政策立案、組織開発等に従事した後に独立。複数企業で戦略・組織アドバイザーを務める。
著書に『コンテキスト・リーダーシップ』『人生の経営戦略』『クリティカル・ビジネス・パラダイム』『ビジネスの未来』『ニュータイプの時代』『世界のエリートはなぜ「美意識」を鍛えるのか?』『武器になる哲学』など。

His publications include Life Management Strategy, Critical Business Paradigm, The Future of Business, and The Age of New Types.
He holds a B.A. in Philosophy and an M.A. in Philosophy from Keio University.
